PB 3000 Grade
The PB 3000 Grade of polymers are constructed using a ketone base which includes PEEK, PEK and PEKK.
Our PEEK Blend of polymers offer a linear aromatic semicrystalline base, for retaining their mechanical properties in high temperatures close to their melting point of 649° for PEEK and 705° for PEK. These materials offer exceptional chemical resistance, high strength and dimensional stability.
With their superior specs, many engineers are switching to our high performing themoplastics in lieu of their metal counterparts. Our patented formulations have been blended to guarantee increased strength, lubricity and wear.
