PB 1000 Grade
The PB 1000 Grade of polymers are constructed using PTFE (polytetraflouroethylene) and modified PTFE materials.
These grade of products offer outstanding non-stick and release properties as well as a strong resistance to chemicals, salts, solvents and corrosives guaranteeing longevity and durability. These polymers also bear a high temperature resistance and a low coefficient of friction.
Our base polymers are blended with reinforcements and lubricants to extend the use of our PTFE products into gaskets, seals, bushings and other structural applications to prevent deformation during heavy loads. PBY1000 grade products will also survive high speeds in abrasive environments while maintaining more elaticity.
